Injunction case

we are constructing a property in bangalore with deviation as notified by BBMP. the Neighbour has bought a injunction on the property stating that we have violated. and now he is demanding money. please help me out to remove the injuction.

The case details needs to be seen. Certain deviations can be regularised by the Municipality on payment of penalty.

The neighbour has also rights for easement and unless you prove that you have not stepped on his rights , no solution.
