Property rights and women share/eligibility - hindu law 25.3.1989

Scenario

- Daughter got married before 25.3.1989
- Her parents passed on or after 2006

Is daughter still eligible for her parent's property?

(During 2005 there is a revised hindu law).

We came to know that daughter who got married after 25.3.1989 is eligible for property share and not who got married before 25.3.1989.

Please input.

Thanks

Redemption of property

Sir my clients property was sold by DRT in the year 2000.Actually he had credit facilities in nationalised bank and when his account was classified as NPA for non payment of principal as well as interest bank filed a suit in DRT got the property attached and sold it in public auction. The property was a open land and the auction purchaser has not developed it.It appears that he has bought it just for the purpose of investment. The amount he paid for its purchase at that time was around 15 lakhs. As he has not changed the property in his name my client approched him and offered to buy that for 50 lakhs. But he is demanding 75 lakhs which is the present market value of the property. As the property has not been mutated in his name I took my client to the DRT and asked for redemption. They told me to contact the bank for redemption. When I contacted the bank they told me that redemption is not possible at this stage as the sale certificate has been registered by auction purchaser immediately after purchase. My question is if I can redeem that property from bank or not? and what is the method of transferring the property from auction purchaser if I negotiate with auction purchaser and he agrees for some price as he has got the sale certificate registered in his name. Please help.

Property claim on parent's asset indian women

Hindu Family..Kerala
Mother + 3 Brothers (only 1 brother is alive now) + 2 sisters (1 died)

My mother got 3 brothers and 2 sisters and these sisters got married before 1954. Moother's marriage was in 1974. The partition of her parent's asset was donein 1977 and the assets were devided among 3 brothrs only and there was no Will written by Grand father/Grand mother. None of these ladies got any share of their parents asset. Only one uncle (mother's broethr) is survided now, and whether we can claim for her share of property . My Mother confirmed she never gave any signature anywhere so as to release her right on that property. Also interestingly, when I checked the partition document, I could see only the name of these 3 uncles and their children , but not mentioned anywhere about these 3 sister's name. So whether this is a clear manipulation and how we can proceed to claim the property
Your advice is highly appreciated..

gradfather expired in 1952
grandmother in 1982
partition in 1977

Related to khasra number and municipal number

There is a case, where a person is living on a land for around 10 years(having municipal no. A and Khasra number B) and he is paying all bills and taxes related to that particular land. A order comes from government according to which land having municipal number A is not in that Khasra but in Khasra no. C. So, whether the person is entitled to land in khasra B or he should leave the same and go to C.
