My seller's father "A" executed a GPA to " X " in the year 1982. Based upon X sold part (4000 Sqft)of the property to somebody. On 6.6.1994 "A" cancelled the GPA. On 9.10.1994 "A" died. on 12.10.1994 "X" executed a sale deed to "Y" wife of "X" balance property(2500Sqft) After 8 years the legal heirs of "A" executed a sale deed balance property(2500Sqft)to me in the year 2004 . In the mean time 2002 based upon the sale deed of "Y" she executed a sale deed to "Z". "Z" obtained LIC loan and pending now.
As a genuine purchaser what I do? what suit i want to file ?

Stap paper purchase date is 29.01.2011 for Rental agreement.
Execution date is 30.06.2011
Rent payable with effect from 01.06.2010.
I know you could understand what i mean to say. Please clarify stamp paper maximum days valid for execution of deed form the date of stamp paper.
Valid comencement dated before the date of stamp paper (like as i mentioned in 01.06.2010)
I belive these date machanism will aplly for even partnership Deed.

what will happen if the original document be lost or destroyed by the department for which certified copies are not allowed in law . xerox copy is on court file , can a xerox copy be used in place of original under such circumstances if the summoned person from the department makes the statement along with proof that the document is destroyed in retention and disposal process can the xerox be treated as original.

my father died in 2004.he left behind my mother and 3 adult sons.so how is the property to be divided legally.we are all christians.

1. patient admitted with maiden name but birth certificate want after marriage name and they also having insurance policy with maiden name then how I will chnage the name please tell me.

i have sold my two wheeler to a person.i handed over all the papers to him.
now he is asking for sale deed.what documents should i issue to him to make it a legal sale?

As an Advocate, what other documents can be attested except court records as though Notary Public ? How far it is valid?

wife change of name
Sir,
I am a muslim man & My wife is a hindu. At the time of marriage she was been converted to Islam & her name was changed at Nikah & also in the Marriage Certificate. Now she has applied for a job in govt sector with her fathers name (which was before marriage). We are still in marriage. My query is that: Will it be an offence on her part if she changes her name on her own without making any affidavit or any newspaper declaration. Is it Legal to use any name as per our convenience.
