Stap paper purchase date is 29.01.2011 for Rental agreement.
Execution date is 30.06.2011
Rent payable with effect from 01.06.2010.
I know you could understand what i mean to say. Please clarify stamp paper maximum days valid for execution of deed form the date of stamp paper.
Valid comencement dated before the date of stamp paper (like as i mentioned in 01.06.2010)
I belive these date machanism will aplly for even partnership Deed.
