Registration

Two or more person dealing in property business sailing & purchasing property & this business registered under partnership.

My question is registration of housing society aslo require for dealing in property sailing & purchasing? or
it is sufficient of registration of partnership & no other registration require?

partnership deed

We are getting into partnership..... I have got the deed done on simple A4 sheets right now... I went for 5000Rs/- stamp but did not got.... instead o got 10p rs stamp papers so I brought 50


My question is that I cannot use all stamps ro have content on them. ..in such case can you help with any line that says that this partnership deed is made on 5000 rs stamps......

Hello sir,
My father is state govt employee (group B)..and his salary is above 6lkh per anum..my mother is home maker...I saw a document in www.ncbc.com that states that if oly my father or mother s group B employee then I wil b under non creamy layer irrespective of the income...please can u tell me is it correct?

name difference

sir, my name is neeraj in all my school and other documents my fathers name is balbir sharma and only in my birth certificate it is balbir singh. so sir now should i make an affidavit stating that balbir singh and balbir sharma are same person, will this be good.
if not please sir advice me some other method please sir

Property dispute

Dear all,

my Mom owns 2.5 acres of land in Coimbatore. 2 years back some X person approached us and wanted to buy that land. we finished the deal for XXXX amount and the purchaser gave us 1 lack rupees and promised that he will give us remaining amount and complete the registration within a month. Also he took a note from us on a post-card sized white paper saying that we received 1 lack for this property as a token of advance and the buyer should settle the remaining amount within a month.(signed by me alone )

But the buyer did not fulfill his promise and we tried to return his money but he refused to accept the money also he threats us that he wants 10 lacks in return for 1 lack.

he has a political background and he never allow others to buy the land.

mean while my mom passed away recently and the buyer started threatening us strongly. Even police did not take our complaint.

could you please help me to get rid of this situation.

index 2 is mot having flat number in it

Hi,
I purchased the flat in resale in 2013, I took loan from bank and now willing to switch my loan SBI. During loan transfer process, bank came to know that index 2 of my flat is not having flat number mentioned in it. I repeat in simple way (i) builder to owner1 agreement is having flat number mentioned in index 2 (ii) But owner 1 to owner2 agreement is not having flat number mentioned in index2. I am owner2 and owner 1 is not in India. Plz help me how to make the changes in my index2.
I tried to reach local advocate but he is asking for 10-15 thousand for the corrections. Plz help me

sir i want to know that if a person change his caste (for social benefit) in obc and not category and on behalf of that certificate he gots gov job so what is the legal procedure to change the caste and it is a crime or not.it is dangeorous for gov job or not . please give your suggestion thanks

In case of an Government contract in which Govt. leases bus shelters for advertisement to our Company-

If we do not provide any minimum guarantee provisions and only have a Revenue share clause which provides that we will give certain percentage to Government on our revenue only-will it be treated as Valid consideration as it is dependent on our earning revenue
