Sir, I am sanjeet mahato,working as a helper 2 in adra division(s.e.railway). Sir, I applied for it in 2011 when I was a student of b.a part -1. In the form I mentioned only my m.p qualification. There was no any columns for giving higher education. 3 columns are there m.p, ITI & others. In my view others is for extra qualification like computer,ncc, scouts etc. I didn't put my higher education there because of the fear of rejection . I hv joined on dated 5:6:2013. After 2 month my b.a final result was out. So sir, I requested to add my b.a pass certificates to my service sheet so I can continue my study. They have done the verification from the university. But sir, they issue me a letter recently where they want explanation why I have suppressed my education qualification. Sir, I want to know if my explanation not satishfy the authority ,can they punished me .?? What kind of punishment they can give? Can they remove me from service? Plz help me sir.... What will be better sir, giving explanation or not giving explanation??????

My grandfather has made a will in the year 1960 abour our heridatory land. Does this will is legally valid ?

Respected Sir / Madam,
The undersigned seek your expert opinion on following.
1. The Builder has given possession to the flat purchasers without 'Occupation Certificate' in year 2014 by taking undertaking from the owners that the possession is given only for making furniture and not to reside. If anything goes wrong it is owners responsibility.
Since then he is making falls commitments for the OC. Withing next couple of days he is expected to come for meeting of the residence. Should we take 'UNDERTAKING'ON Rs.100/- stamp paper with the firm commitment for issuance OC?
Is that undertaking will be helpfull to us for future legal proceedings?
What precautions needs to be observe while preparing undetaking?
Please advise.

Pls let me know if i am buying a property and what is the benifit of adding wife name in registration... Also she doesnt have pan card as she is house wife then will the registration be done in joint names

Hello sir,
I'm bank job aspirants and also I have cleared my exam and waiting for my documents verification within one month. What I had problem was, my caste name was misspelled between my state government issued certificate and central government obc list.
Actually misspelled means they have pronounced it differently according to our local language. For example like Tamil or Tamizh and what should I do now??

I am applying for passport in pune. My birthdate on birth certificate is 15/8/1989 and all documents 10th, 12th, graduation and pg date plus aadhar card, pan card have date 11/7/1989. The correct birth date is 15/8/1989. How can change my birth date in all documents. My passport status is now ON HOLD. So how can i solve these query. The passport APO says that you have to meet the RPO about this within 10 days. I have receive receipt which i have stamped POLICY on that.Please suggest what can i do.

i have general power of attoney and the gift deed of a perperty the property is in mumbai now the thing is who has given the power of attoney and the gift deed to me he is the landlord of the property after giveing me such document a complate document with sign notary every thing but now the landlord can not come to the sub register office for the register propose the land lord also given the authority letter and the deleration to me that he is busy in his personal work so now what i can do i want to register the document at sub register office but it is not possible that land lord can come at register office
point 1] i want to register the property document but the landlord can not come to register office
2]i have two withness and iam ready to pay all cost of register
3] last and important the sub register will register the document

Hello Sir ,
I hAve applied for fresh Passport but have aplied in my maiden name. I don't hav the marriage certificate so hav submitted "annexure d" but the application went on hold stating tht I have to mention Miss X y z henceforth known as Mrs X y z. But my question is even though I mention the same name but it is written as by virtue of marriage. Can you please guide me wat I m suppose to write so that it won't get rejected .

I have received some important documents through email. Like Loan Sanction Letter and Disbursement Letter.
Can any notary, notarize these documents. It has to be submitted to a department.

Change of Mother's name in Birth Certificate
Hello Everyone, My name is M.ABISHAKE, My native is Erode District in Tamilnadu. My Mother's Name is M.Sathyasundari, but in my birth certificate it is written as Sakthi only, by this mistake in my birth certificate I can't apply for passport. And before my mother marriage my mother name is kannagi, after marriage she changed her name as M.Sathyasundari according to numerology. In all my mother's certificate my mom name is kannagi. Except ration card, bank passbook, and pan card. So, what is the procedure to change my mother's name from Sakthi to Sathyasundari in my birth certificate as soon as possible ????
