Respected Sir,
I have purchased a residential home on registration basis and this home have not passed map of home on 1998. Without passing of map the electricity department is not ready to give electricity connection and demanding passing map from MC office. How can I have to follow procedure and what type of fee/penalty for passing map from MC office. Is it possible in 2016 the map has passed from MC office or not.
Thanks.

Recently our society decided to issue new share certificate against submission of old certificate to each member. In old share certificate, on first page the first owner’s name was written and on back side of certificate, 2 other owner who purchased (from time to time) the same property were mentioned. I am the third owner of the same property. Now in new share certificate, they mentioned only my name on the first page and other owners name are not written on back side. Is this the procedure for issuing the new share certificate? If no, then please guide me how to solve? If any document for this guideline of new certificate available then kindly share it. Thanks in advance.

A General Applicaton wasfiled in connetion with Probate in Hon'ble Calcutta high court. The General Application was ordered & read as - this probate application shall be treated asnon- contentious cause unless any caveat has been filed thereafter and is available on record.GA No of 2015 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost. Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be urgently supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. Sir, my Query is that have I been granted the probate against the will ? Or it is just one step further final hearing?
sir can notary document can be admitted as evidence in court of law.? In maharashtra state majority of people will do leave and license by Notary in order to save stamp duty and registration charges decided by state government.
e.g. rent 15k deposit 50k
If registered then 1k registration 0.9k stamp 1k online charges total 2.9k
If done by notary then 0.5k stamp 0.3 notary total expenditure 0.8k.
which process is correct?
Notary or Registration?
If any legal dispute occure then which will help client.
THanks
