I bought a land 15 years back.Two years back I planned to sale the land, document copy gave to buyer. He observed that in the plot plan drawing, plot measurements in the East & West sides are reversed by mistake.Originally East side 46 feet & West side 72 feet.But in the plan drawing they mentioned East side 72 feet & West side 46 feet. So I tried to approach Previous owners for rectification. With in this 15 yrs period land value increased 20 times.So they are not exist for rectification. After discussion with document writer he advised to take self rectification deed.I have done the same thing.Here previous plan drawing not changed,but they issued self rectification deed.In that document original measurements mentioned. Registrar signed& stamped on that document.After few days I registered the property on my wife's name as a gift deed & in the plan drawing they clearly mentioned original measurements.
Will i get rectified?

One of the adult married sibling mentioned in the unregistered family settlement has memory loss and right side physically paralised due to brain injury.but alive
.Query .how does one.get for the purpose mutation of shares of undiveded immovable property as per the mothers WILL which has to recorded in the municipal records.
The problem is the sibling concerned can not write nor put his thump impression under these medical condition how does the family get the mutation done./

My one of the client purchased residential flat in May 2001 and paid full stamp duty on the same duly adjudicated from the stamp department but document does not registered.
Please let me know consequences and also suggest how to regularise the same.

it is compulsory for a serving govt employees to fill the attestation forms and signed by DM or SDO for joining other government establishment

Sister in law i. e. bhabhi taken in loan as a co-applicant
Applicant is unmarried and his father and mother both are died so his brother wife taken in loan as a co-applicant so NOC required from her husband that no issue regarding this.
So request you kindly provide any format regarding this and add some more in this topic from your side kindly suggest.
