How do I retrive text message send one month back but it is accidently deleted.I want to register FIR based on that.

It would be there on hard disk memory of device and can be retraced from there also but only people in know how can do that not all of us.

First File a police Complaint.
Your statement is enough.
Let Police get it from Service Providers, in course of their Police Investigation officially.

NO TEXT MESSAGE CAN NOT BE OBTAINED FROM MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY CAN NOT KEEP SUCH RECORD, UNLESS REQUIRED BY SOME LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. IT WOULD BE INFRINGEMENT IN PRIVACY.

I don't know why people suggest that it can be done for sms and even for calls/ voice recordings I have seen experts (some) suggesting the same.

even service providers like google do keep the record and upto one month back record could retraced by us.

if the deleted message is originated from a computer,that could be recovered by specific softwares as well as with the help of experts.

anyhow the querist has not made it clear,whether it is an sms or an email message.
