I m heading for mutual divorce. I live a boy with whom i have a son. He was forced to marry someone 3 yrs back . It was arya samaj marriage but not registeted with court. He wants to seperate from his wife and marry me. But his wife is not leaving him and family is also not supporting. He has no child from his present wife. Kindly guide. My son is 6 yrs old now.

under hindu law a person already married cannot marry again without legal dvorce and is an offence and further the second marriage is no legality in terms of law. 9322523623.

I do not know why Ms Usha Kapoor is adamant in repeatedly misspelling my name as

"Sudheer Kumar"

know very well and having been repeatedly reminded that my name is

"Sudhir Kumar"

I do not know what she gains out of this.

She know I cannot reciprocate by misspelling her name

Several Times I had requested Ms.Usha Kapoor to add "Mr" atleast while addressing the Senior Experts/Senior Advocates which was totally Ignored and had to forget about that.

We could only Pity the client if the Name of the Petitioner/Respondent is Filed Wrongly with naming of their Choice what would be the Fate of the Case.It would be Dismissed.
