Sir,
I got married on 10/2008 since then we are trying to have children. Doctors have diagnosed that My wife is suffering from Genetic disorder which causing infertility to which she cannot conceive.
My parents are suggesting second marriage and my wife is also giving her consent to marry another women.
I am a govt. Employee of Andhra Pradesh,
Plz let me know if there is any law permitting me for second marriage without giving divorce to my first wife.

No provision in law for second marriage without divorcing the first wife.
Why do yo wish to remarry simply because she is not in a position to concieve?
Whether your parents agree for second marriage of your wife for sake children if the disorder is with you?
Please convince your parents for adoption of orphan child and continue your relation. hats off to your wife for her willingness on your proposal. Suppose if that lady also does not conceive, what will you do? Is it in your hands to produce the children?
