College is recognized by govt. and granted by UGC and affiliated to Mumbai University, but some sections are unaided, can unaided section comes under RTI ACT 2005 under which section?

RTI applies to an organisation, not to distinguished sections of an organisation.

QUERIST IS GUIDED TO READ RTI ACT, SO SUCH VAGUE, ACADEMIC QUERY MAY NOT BE RAISED IN FUTURE.
