Hi

is it possible to cancel the relinquishment on house property afte it got registered?

Please state the full facts in case u gave up ur rights to which u were legally entitled in the property and you without any undue influence gave up your rights to which relinquish deed was registered with free will of yours then you cannot cancel it

No, it is not possible unless the beneficiary so agrees.
However the court may declare it as null and void if the executor proves that it was executed by him under force, coercion or undue influence.

No it is not possible to cancel the relinquishment deed. But, you can file a civil suit to revoke your relinquishment, but you have to give strong grounds for that.
