Mr. Pawan,

You have already made three academic queries of the same probelem but with different facts, as follows:

(1) property-given-to-sons-by-father-throgh-court-decree: http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/property-given-to-sons-by-father-throgh-court-decree-607566.asp

2) property-given-through-declaratio-suit:
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/property-given-through-declaratio-suit-607561.asp

(3) registration-of-decree: http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/registration-of-decree-607701.asp

By the way, can you expect any viable solution, if you try to mislead the experts with your different statement?

If there is any truth in your differently described stoties, when in challenging the will, you would already nave hired a lawyer, why don't you ask him the solution for your three different queries?

If still you get any doubt on his solutions only then come to this forum.

I stand with experts and prefer to depreciate and ignore the author to reply a repeated query.
