Property cases

Some civil cases of property are pending in the lower court between brothers and sisters. Due to private job brothers are filling false complaints of such civil cases at my job place to my management so that I could be removed from the job. Although the management was satisfied that these are civil property cases after the death of parents which created by own relatives and nothing to do with my job. But I feel embarrassment towards my co-employees. Is there any way I can stop them for filling false complaints and moreover when the matter is pending in court. Please advice.

I suggest you to inform this to your advocate who is handling your civil cases.

Mention to the Court where your case is pending through your lawyer by filing a petition for Contempt of Court that the matter is sub-judice.

This is not a contempt of court so court shall not take any action. You need to serve a notice of defamation and thereafter initiate defamation complaint against those persons.

You can file defamation case against the persons who are sending these notices.
