Sirs,
I got married before 6 months.slowly slowly problem developed between us.now my relation reached at broken point.i and my family tried best to solution but failed.
Husband has forced me and my family to sign agreement for mutual divorce on 50 rupees notry stamp.They have returned my items which were given by my parents. jwellaries is kept by my husband.I am not able to think what to do.this agreement on notary is valid for divorce. Nothing further i can do. Please suggest me what to do.

Notarised agreement for divorce has not value and is like nothing but a toilet paper. So remove any apprehension about that.
Now the next course of action depends upon what you want in life.
If you still wish to stay with your husband then file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.
If no and think he should be punished for his misdemnours then you can lodge complaint u/s 498A IPC, U/S 12 of PWDV Act ETC.
In either cases you can always claim of maintenance u0s 125 crpc or u/s 23 of PWDV Act.

I am in entire agreement of views expressed by Mr. Barman barring one that such a divorce
paper can not even be utilized as a toilet paper.

I have also similar opinion. One additional benefit. You can avail the legal services act vide which you can be provided with free of cost lawyer and all litigation expenses by applying in the court wherein you intend to file your cases.
