I have property dispute with an advocate and I think that he can try to put some fake criminal cases upon me to acquire land illegally (Which he knows that I’m legally correct) or to force us giveup land. I’m not mentioning his name online because it might be my perception. He may or may not do this. He may try to put fake cases through an unknown person. He may hurt me physically. What steps should I take to defend myself if unfortunately this happen to me or my any family member in future.

If you are in threat of so, you can file a complaint before the police.

There is no preventive step to restrain a man from filing a case.
The steps for prevention starts after filing the case.

If you want police protection you have to reveal the identity of the person who may by himself or by person appointed by him.Since you do not want to, follow Expert : Dr J C Vashista's advise.
As for the court case Expert : Devajyoti Barman's advise is there.

install CCTV cameras around your house . if he tries to hurt you physically it would be recorded by the cameras .

you can then file police complaint against him .
