Gujarat license driving in punjab -concerned over legitimacy, address

Hello Respected Experts,
I have my Driving Licence from Gujarat with Gujarat Address on it in 2007 (Valid Throughout INDIA). It is valid till year 2027. At that time systems weren't Online.SO I can't check for licence legitimacy online as no record online for the same is present even now.
Now I am relocated to Punjab, with my Permanent address of Punjab & I am in dilemma as some are saying that I should get License of Punjab State, as Police might consider non online Licenses for a Fake License , with Gujarat Address on it.
So :
1. Shall I apply for a Licence State Transfer from Gujarat to Punjab? (hefty process)
2. Surrender Gujarat Licence & apply for a new one?
3. Renew my licence? ( still 11 yrs )
4. Leave it as it is till 2027 ?
The thing which bothers me most is that,If a police person say that my License from Gujarat looks fake as no record present online,even when it is real & acquired after long day wait & actual driving test,how can I prove it is legitimate ?
I can't go to RTO Gujarat now so , any way to get in written from any Transport Authority that my Licence card with that number is genuine, & show the same to any police if they ask ?
Can RTI be helpful in anyway ?

That is what I am looking for.I can file RTI, Can you please just expand a little that What I should be looking for or Ask for in my RTI ?

You need not to go for a new license.
to check if your DL is valid or not, seek verification report from RTO Gujrat. It requires Rs 50 deposit. He will verify in writing, validity of DL.

go to Regional Transport Authority who issues driving licence in Punjab and ask. They shall guide you better.

You are, I am afraid, chasing imaginary issue.If you are so concerned, you can get NOC from the concerned RTO in Gujarat and get a transferred licence issued from Punjab.

You may have applied for license from some RTO in Gujarat.
search website and know the details of PIO in RTO office
ask for the entire file leading to issue of your license which contained yo9ur application, medical, driving test report etc.

You are ot following imaginary fear.
If you cause an accident then police will invariably send the license for verification and you will be alleged driving with forged license and insurance co will wash off the hands on damage to vehicle and loss of life / health to you or third party.
even without this report the renewal from Punjab will not be easy.

The onus of creting online record is not on him.
The onus of suffering on the suspicion of having forged license is on him. There is a laguage difference.
Punjab Police will correspond in Gurumukhi script and RTO Gujarat will understand nothing but Gujrati. A considerable time may take place to ascertain that license is genuine.
In the meantime even bail may be denied to him for petty accident. May even take months and he being in no position in Jail to expedite the confirmation.
Everyone build roof before rain so he should also.

All this a matter of record.
Punjab or any other state police communicates in English.
The experts above have suggested easy and realistic ways that author can pursue.
The author has not posted after post of Expert Mr. J.K.Agrawal. He seems to be satisfied that Rs.50/ can fetch him substantial evidence.

Respected Experts,
I am reading all your valuable comments & suggestions as they are made here, I posted my last comment just a day ago. Even though post of Mr J.K. Agarwal feels appealing , I don't know the process for the same,sure Rs 50 no problem but where to give this 50 to whom , such things aren't clear to me,
Considering Verification Report from RTO Gujarat , I tried searching online,no link,google about the same, no info, Gujarat Transport Sites,nothing,
all you experts might know it but a common man,me I don't.
I am not asking to hold my finger & take me to destination, but just want to know where & How .
I am a proactive & responsible person, I will close this thread & inform everything once it is done, I want to hear from various experts ,may be some other way is present.
I want to thank Mr Sudhir Kumar for great suggestion, I didn't write as I wanted more experts to give their opinion. If nothing else then will do as per Mr Sudhir Kumar.
More opinions OR info on DL Validation report are welcome.

It appears that this is an imaginary query; a "quirky" one, for more than one reason:
Firstly, the Transport Department, Gujarat has its web-site, http://rtogujarat.gov.in/ having all the relevant information.
Moreover, and far importantly, I too had taken my four wheeler driving licence in Gujarat, in the same year 2007. Getting the licence had been fairly easy and and hassle free. The DL is smart card having the embedded chip; this holds good all over India.
Subsequently, consequent to my transfer I had obtained the NOC and taken out the DL in different States. The NOC was in English, not Gujarati.
A driving licence in our country is issued under the provisions of Section 13 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
"13. Extent of effectiveness of licences, to drive motor vehicles.
A learner’s licence or a driving licence issued under this Act shall be effective throughout India."
The affairs of this cannot but be in accordance with Rule of Law and if you have valid driving licence with you, what is the real cause of concern?
Law does not require any extra efforts than its compliance.

The websites does provide for contact numbers and DTO numbers as well. And they respond, in states .........in Gujarat, Punjab also.
Hopefully imaginary,alarmist view.................whatever it is, ......is satisfactorily concluded.

Respected Experts,
The statement seems rather surprising,cause many just paid bribe & took inspector's sign just avoiding test & moving up the queue, I didn't pay,& followed the process.
Yes license is smart card with chip & LMV & MC EX50CC WI GR.
Now about being imaginary, may be I know smthng I mean treatment,facts discussions & tricks to be paid by authorities.
Satisfactorily concluded? Satisfaction of whom, if it was all about PIO & RTI, if you believe that just calling them is enough, then bravo, I was talking about in written signed stamped Doc,sure PIO can help, but I was referring to Mr JK Agarwal's verification report from RTO, nothing for that particular link.
I want to thank you for giving time to my query & respond to it. I will close this thread now as some Experts seems to be on the other side of the coin & are "Surprised" from my "Imaginary" & "Alarmist" query.
Will approach RTO or file RTI, better then getting great remarks here :)

even if both the police correspond in Hindi/English yet it is hard fact that :-
(i) Govt officials are not as prompt in replying reference from other govt office as they are in replying RTI query. There is fear of personal fine for refusal.
(ii) by the time such reference is sent to Gujarat and attended and replied by them he may have to suffer like a fraudulent person.
So it is he who has to build roof before rain.
so
either
you go on the path suggested by Mr Aggarwal
or
go to RTI path.
