Remedy for tenant after receving a Dhoka Dayak Imarat Notice

I am a tenant on pagadi system basis. And there are near about 50 tenants in the same bldg.Our bldg has completed +25 yrs. I am dwelling in the said house since last 12 yrs. Nowadays the landlord of our bldg. started harrasing us as he wants to construct a new bldg. by demolishing the old one in which i am dwelling. His debate is going on with the builder pertaining to their share. As he is rich person, with help of his friends who are corporators he declared our bldg as DhOka Dayak Emarat. He made deal with the builder behind our back. And he is saying he will only pay me the amount which i had paid him 12 yrs before and saying to vacate the place. So tell me what are the right & remedies which are available to me and what share which i will get in the said property after being demolished or being constructed. The property is situated in Dombivli, Dist-Thane
