Seeing Children

Just to be brief

498a booked in May
AB obtained in June --> Thank God & HC
Wife staying seperately in a rented house with children past few months

Does Father has any provisions to see children

through
1) Police: Not sure if they oblidge Mens request
2) Court : Since it is civil case, not sure whether we can get order within few (2 or 3) days

It would be a great help if some one tells whats the best solution which can be arrived in a day or two?

Move appropriate pleading/application seeking visitation rights in the concerned (District)Family Court.

For visitation of the child the father can file application u/s 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act wherein you can also apply for interim visitation and custody. The court if thinks fit may grant you such order very quickly if not in a day or two.
