i would like to know that whether arbitration awrd should be made appelable or nonappelable

The award can be challenged for its setting aside /s 34 before the principal court of civil jurisdiction.

LEGAL REMEDY IS AVAILABLE TO THE AGGRIEVED PERSON AND EVEN ARBITRATORS AWARD ,THERE IS LEGAL REMEDY .

KINDLY NOTE THAT INDIAN JUDICIARY IS WELL DEFINED.JUDGEMENTS OF LOWER COURT CAN BE CHALLENGED IN SUPERIOR COURT, HIGH COURT IN ANY STATE IS HIGHEST COURT OF APPEAL AND FROM JUDGEMENT OF HIGH COURT APPEAL CAN BE SUBMITED TO SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.
