It is appealable.

Dear Anonymous,

The scheme of the Act itself makes it appealable.

YOU MAY KINDLY REFER THE PROVISIONS OF ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT ALL YOUR DOUBTS WILL BE CLEARED.

LEGAL REMEDY IS AVAILABLE TO THE AGGRIEVED PERSON AND EVEN ARBITRATORS AWARD ,THERE IS LEGAL REMEDY .

KINDLY NOTE THAT INDIAN JUDICIARY IS WELL DEFINED.JUDGEMENTS OF LOWER COURT CAN BE CHALLENGED IN SUPERIOR COURT, HIGH COURT IN ANY STATE IS HIGHEST COURT OF APPEAL AND FROM JUDGEMENT OF HIGH COURT APPEAL CAN BE SUBMITED TO SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.
THANKS
