SEPARATION FROM WIFE

I am 53 yrs old Govt. Servant and my wife is of 51 yrs. We have a son.My wife had a pre-marriage relationship and both my mother-in-law and my wife physical relationship with him. This matter came out in a post marriage family quarrel of my in-law family.My wife is a psycho patient also.But when I tried to treat her under Lt. Gr. GC Boral, a well known psychiatrist, she and her family lodged Criminal Case under S498A IPC against me and my frail parents. In the interest of my son and my parents I compromised with her. But she is continuing with her abnormal behavior,extra-marital affair.Recently my mother in law informed that my wife told her that the 498A case was completely her drama to prove her importance in the family.She has bad relationship with everybody.My son And I are fade up and get rid of her as soon as possible.She has an alternate place of living at her parental home which she had forcefully kept under her possession.I offered her monthly maintainence and leave us and stay at her parental house.She refused the offer.She is extremely crooked,abnormal liar and do drama to any extent.Can I be suggested a way so that both my son and I can be separated from her?

Obtain legal separation under section 10 of HMA from Family Court. You shall have to pay her maintenance allowance and once you obtain such confirmed proofs in your hand regarding her adultery which may be provided before court then obtain divorce from her on that ground.
I suggest not to allege such heinous allegations against your mother-in-law and your wife at the same time. You have to obtain divorce from your wife and not from your mother-in-law so if you dont mention anything about her even then you may put your matter before others.

THANK YOU RAJ SIR. ACTUALLY THE POINT OF MOTHER IN LAW WAS MENTIONED TO HIGHLIGHT THE PEDEGREE OF MY IN LAW FAMILY.
