Registration of Land Gift

Kindly indicate whether any self acquired land can be gifted to others (who are not blood related) when absolute legal heirs are very much availableand if to to indicate relevant act/section

Yes. Self acquired property can be given to anyone either by way of gift, will, sale, mortgage etc. as per Transfer of Property Act.

However, one point is to be noted. Stamp duty and registration charges would be as applicable to conveyance by other modes like sale deed.
