Missing Sale Deed

Dear Sir,

Would like to know that can we get the sale deed document (or any other legal document) made after 8 years and get it notarised now, the person from whom we are purchasing the property did not get the sale deed made from its seller 8 years ago. Can we ask them to do it now and get the title cleared, so that we can buy the property.

Yes you should ask the seller to get sale deed registered ad then you should purchase not before that.
