POA For executeing release deed .

just want to ask as to whome power of attorney can be given to register release deed,( besides blood relatives) in favor of brothers. because of medical reasons. is there any other way of executeing release deed .

A Power of Attorney can be given in favour of any person. No law limits the grant of power of attorney to blood relations only. For whatever reason, any person may authorise any other person to execute a deed on his behalf. A person may himself execute and get registered a release deed or may authorise any other person to do so.
