Sir my question is what is the method to conduct cross examination? how it can be conducted?

Are you an advocate?

If yes then join any senior advocate/lawyer and practically observe what is cross-examination and how it is conducted and if you are only a layman then understand that the examination of the witness by the opposite counsel is cross-examination and it is generally conducted orally in open court. Rest leave it on your lawyer.

There cannot be a straight-jacket formula for effective cross-examination. It will depend on a number of factors including the nature of case, the role of witness, for which party cross-examination is to be conducted etc. Expertise in cross-examination is a matter of experience. You must observe your senior advocate and other advocates conducting cross-examination. It is always better if you have already studied the file before attending such cross-examination.
