judgements of state forum and national forum

Now a days judgments are uploaded at the concerned website. In this clarification/guidance are solicited on the following:-

1) whether all the judgments of state forum/national forum are available on the respective websites?

2) If not from where can i get the judgments as well the case details?

3) if,i contact the respective forums,will they provide the details?

a specific reference to a website or publisher could also be a good help.

all the judgments may not be available online, most of the state commissions are not online.

you may not get any particular order in a pending case, however, may apply for copy of orders in a decided case.

Only reported judgments are uploaded even for national commission. no copy of daily order is available for state and national commissions.

for knowing details of judgements on a particular subject,the above website is not always dependable.

i need to know,if there exist any single source,from where, we can get the details of all the judgements of state forums and national forum.
