Power of Attorney in Divorce Suit?

If any one who is interested to give POA along with Vakalatnam in a Divorve Suit to an Advocate, Can that be done to shy away from personal presence?

An advocate can not take the dual role.

Either he can act as advocate for the party
or he can be agent.

i agree with Ramesh Ji, an advocate can not be given a role of POA on behalf of the petitioner or respondent.

yes...an advocate can not play dual role...as an advocate and agent/POA of the petitioner...
