For An NPA account with secured, what is the interest rate Bank charges for closure in the private Bank,

According to their terms and conditions

Rate of interest is chargeable as per contracted terms and conditions excluding Overdue portion irrespective of the fact that whether the account is NPA or not.

Yes. The rate of interest agreed upon while entering into the agreement for loan will have to be paid by the debtor to the bank even if the account is classified as NPA.

Hi All,
Due to the non payment of the Bank loan, Bank has auctioned the property which was kept as the security, CAn we get an stay order on the sale of the auctioned property, will the saty order be valid since the auctioned as already happened,
