Inter state arrest

I have a case registered of cheating in Gujarat for some company in which I got Bail from High Court.
Now I came to know that a FIR of similar company have been registered in Maharashtra as well.
My question is:
1. Can the Gujarat state police arrest me and handover to Maharashtra police.
2. Will the Gujarat High Court order help me to secure Bail in Maharashtra as well because the case is of same company.

If there is another case registered in Maharashtra, then you may have to obtain Bail from tht court too or else the police of that state will take action to arrest you as per procedures of law
