Landlord buy back goodwill

After my lease period expire, do my landlord have legal right to vacate me , without buying back (goodwill, furniture’s, movable amenities , hotel license & business) which I bought from my landlord when I entered this hotel business through agreement deed. Can my landlord sell the Hotel property to a outsider,without settling me. ((goodwill, furniture’s, movable amenities , hotel license & business).Is the (goodwill,hotel license & business )Which i bought from my landlord in anyway connected to this property.

In the given facts, two agreements exist between the landlord and you. The First being for purchase of goodwill, furniture, movables etc. and the second for lease of the immovable property. In case, you have not made any provision in the first agreement pertaining to the second, the second agreement will remain independent. In such a case, the landlord will be well within his rights to seek your eviction after expiry of the agreed period of lease.
