Cancelation of multiple registration

Dear experts,
A and his 3 sisters muslim family having landed property flown from their parents who are no more. One of their relative misguiding A who is innocent and handicapped inducing getting benifits from the government being handicapped taken registration office and registered the land of 1.3 Acres from 4 Acres without taken in to considerations of his sisters in 2019 infavor of X and with in no time X excuted a registered sale deed in favor of Y in 2019 and in 2020 Y executed registered sale deed in favor of Z.
Just a month back A sisters came to know that and asked A and he told that once our relative came along with others and told that you are handicapped and we trying for government benifits and I went there and affixed thumb impression.
Under these circumstances can't we file a suit for cancelation of the registered sale deeds.
All the three sisters who got married and all of them looking after their brother being he is an innocent and handicapped with advice of their relatives.
Hence I request you all the experts kindly give a suitable advice on this?

They shall file a suit against their relative by consulting a local lawyer.

Yes you can file the suit and also file the petition to District Registrar under Section 68(2) of Registration Act,

In simple can we file a suit for cancelation of multiple registered sale deeds by misrepresentation and has to pay the court fee separately on each registered sale deeds or the last sale deed?
