I am working in a branded call centre in pune, I had complained about Manger and TL harrasment and threatening me of kicking me out of the company for no reason, I have even recorded their voice time to time. They forceably suspended for no valid reason without any prior notice on 18 August 2021. The same day all my access to company was blocked. They send me a Xerox copy of the charge sheet on my personal email, the next day they sent me a courier and seed post also, but that was also Xerox copy not original. I sent them letter stating to send me original charge sheet, but they are pretending to o do so. They didn't even issue me a show cause notice, but they have already made one and kept post dated, they have illegally suspended me from employment. I am a poor person, I am the only earning member in my family, we all were home corintine but still I didn't take leave, I was working for the company. Please help me and guide me.

Without any reason, the company cannot suspend you. No copy of the Charge sheet will be issued to the delinquent under any circumstances. So your query is purely academic or you have not stated full facts.

Company can do anything u are mistaken, they have forced people to resign also, they have harrassed employee so that they ascond and run away off without surving notice period. I am live example for this.

Sir I am a live victim, they have not issued me show cause notice and on 18 Aug 2021 all my access were blocked by the company. They sent me email which had xeror copy of the charge sheet, investigation report and warning letter. I informed the CEO that I was never ever issued any show cause notice till date. U are mistaken company can do anything they want. They can generate any false documents or prof against employees.

Now that the chargesheet is issued, you need to face the inquiry and get yourself exonerated. If the inquiry and subsequent action turns out to be unfair and injudicious, you need to step legal action depending upon the status of your employment.
