It is not clear whether in partition, the share was also given to you or not?

Whether partition-deed was duly executed in 1955 or not?

After demise of your father, you as well as all your brothers, sisters and mother are entitled to inherit the share left by your father in equal share and if any specific share was given to you in 1955 by way of partition, that shall be in addition to your share and it do not form part of the properties left by your father.
