Apartment issue

Hello,
In out apartment , Builder has made seating areas in front of apartments , which is otherwise parking /walking area. Some of the residents constantly keep sitting & chatting till late night 11pm -12am .. Even residents association is helpless .Can there be a legal recourse to remove the structure itself.

Hello,

You already made the complaint to the association. In addition, you can complain to the builder also. Only the builder or association that can remove the structure.

What is your problem in keep sitting and chatting with each other? Are they disturbing you? If so amicably settle this. It is very common in most apartments and if no sitting cement benches, they take their own chair and sit and talk with each other. so it is not a legal problem.

If they would have been only chatting, it might have been bearable but till late hours ,almost till midnight total hooliganism. Playing loud music , watching movies & web serieswhich they prefer not to watch at their home .
If it is only chatting who would look for legal angle. suffering from past 2 years & tried all amicable solution. Please do not comment if problem itself is not understood.
