Father name differs in my documents

My name is Surana Rohit Raju. Raju is my father name in all my documents, but his real name is Rajendra.
In all my certificates and documents my father name is written as Raju.
Is affidavit legal showing that both Raju and Rajendra are the same person called by different names.
What is the solution?

File a notary affidavit thathboth are one and the same.

If your father is alive, he can swear an affidavit in this regard. Two news paper insertion with publication in official gazette would suffice.
