Bond with employer

(Querist) 01 March 2020 This query is : Resolved
I was interviewed by a Manager who shared KRA which is different from other employees in same designation and confirmed there will be training arranged once I join. However when I joined the manager who interviewed left the organization and none of the promised KRA was considered and no organized training. I had to learn almost all product related by myself and they made me signed a bond stating I will need to pay 7 lakhs of I leave the company within 3 years since they invested in training. This is a lie and they made lots of money using this clause. Employees are I'll treated, abused and no process set in place. It's a jail and depressing environment. I took a loan to pay and break my bond and didn't fight for this at court since I have a family and only person working. Can you please advice me on how I can share this to public so everyone is aware and there is an investigation about this employer?

If you have no courage to fight even for yourself then why are you now want to devote energy (taken on loan from banker) for charity?

It was a fittest time for you once you had seen that none is owning KRA which was promised to you at the time of your interview and you continued subsequent errors by signing Bond at later stage despite of observing the working condition of the company. Forget such charity which you want to do now for others.

You had acted in haste. The Bond could not have been enforced unilaterally.

Thanks Mr. Venu for your reply. Yes I agree I did with haste. The offer letter that I collected before joining states that if I don't join as promised though the bond is not signed yet, I will still need to pay for the expense company had for sourcing and recruiting employee which made me scared. They already put a clause on the offer letter and to avoid paying the initial fine I joined and then they made me sign the bond. I don't want others to make the same mistake I have done. Moreover none of them know that there is no official training till they sign the bond and end up under performing and eventually getting fired or quit by paying for the bond

What do you want to state by posting this message here.
Do you want to warn other prospective candidates to better be careful before signing the agreement or employment offer letter?
If you start any campaign agaisnt the employer or his company you be sued for defamation, hence it would be better that you keep yourself away from indulging in such undesirable activities.
you can fight for your rights alone.
Even now you can initiate legal action to recover the amount given by you citing that you were pressurised to pay this against your willingness due to the persisting threats to your future and career.
