Your query in 2nd line not completed. It is not legal. How you expect advise? You consult with your relatives and well wishers regarding the harassment your chachi and tell her a lesson in amicable way. otherwise you must say to leave the house stay with her parents or brothers.

You may file a complaint to the local police station mentioning detailed facts and mention name address of said persons.police will record statement of complainant and accused and take appropriate action
