Hindu Marriage Certificate ?

(Querist) 04 March 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

One of my client want to get Hindu Marriage Certificate from court or Registrar so that he will have legal document with him for showing the proof of marriage. Like going outside the country.

That the marriage was already solemnized with full Hindu customs under the consent of both the parents of girl and boy and the invitation card was dispersed before marriage.

So what are the documents I will take from client and which government authority will issue the Marriage Certificate as options are Court or Registrar or District Magistrate.
