I have been in job since 2002 in state govt. under old pension scheme and in 2018 I have joined to another state govt institute. I want to Know whether Ill get pension according to old pension scheme or new job will come under new pension scheme which has been regularised after 2004 for every govt job.

Appointments prior to 1-4-2004 is governed by old pension scheme.Regularisation has no relevance

Dear Sir,
You will be entitled pension under old scheme only. The new pension scheme may not apply to you and I cannot say definitely until all the relevant circulars and your service records are perused.

Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

A govt employee who have completed 2 years of service will be regularised generally. But pension scheme will be applied w.e.f. the date of joining into Government service in a permanent vacancy. so you will come under Old Pension Scheme.

State Government Institute - is it an autonomous body or a full fledged Government department? So also, what are terms on which you had left the earlier job - Was it a case of technical resignation?

Whether your previous service has been counted for the purpose of "pension"?

Dear Ms. Vinod Kumari,

Your question is irrelevant in the absence of the information, whether you joined the new office by virtue of your selection by sending your application through proper channel or as of direct recruitment by the new organization.

In addition, you have also not stated whether the services of the employees of the new organization are regulated under the same rules of the State Government or the organization has its own set of service rules?

No concrete view can be formed without reply to the questions posted by Dt Vashsta and Mr Dhingra.
Vinod Kumari (Querist) 15 March 2019
@Dhingra Sir, I have applied through proper channel and got NOC prior to the interview for direct recruitment in state University which is an autonomous body but follows the state service rules after approval by syndicate
Vinod Kumari (Querist) 15 March 2019
@P.Venu, I resigned by mentioning it as a technical resignation in the application as someone told me but when it was forwarded through college to directorate for permission, it was not mentioned by them as they told that there is no such word as technical resignation
So I want to know what is technical resignation?
Guest (Expert) 15 March 2019
As per the information supplied by you, your services in the new organization are required to be regulated under the old pension rules.
Vinod Kumari (Querist) 15 March 2019

Vinod Kumari (Querist) 15 March 2019
