Que.1.Whenever an interim Order is passed by the Courts, Can the Respective Petitioner ask for a Copy of the Same by paying the Fee? or is their any thing else need to be done to obtain the Same in Hard Copy?

Still orders in India are not provided in hard copies rather certified copies of the orders can be obtained by either of the parties by applying those required orders/documents etc.

yes respective petitioner can ask for a certified copy of the order. or if any urgency is there then with the permission of the court the consern party can apply for the operative part of such order.
Parveen Kr. Aggarwal (Expert) 03 March 2010
Definitely a party to the proceeding can obtain certified copy of any order in the proceeding on payment of requisite fee. There is nothing in any legal provision which prohibits providing certified copy of any order to a party to the legal proceeding. Certified copy is certainly hard copy being replica of the order and duly certified by a competent officer authorised under the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 to certify it.
