My query on ur answers titled property sold be4 final decree

(Querist) 17 June 2018 This query is : Resolved
Sir, does this mean that if there is no stay or injunction, but if a court case is on, the other heirs to a joint household property can sell his or her share if her or his name is one amongst the share holders of a registered property although a case is going on in court on the said property?

isnt this contempt of court?

Yes but the sale shall be subject to orders of the court in the suit
Guest (Expert) 20 June 2018
No contempt of court in the absence of any stay or specific order of the court. However, transaction, if any made would be subject to the final verdict of the court.
