Co applicants and co owners

(Querist) 05 June 2018 This query is : Resolved
My husband and my brother in law is decided to purchase a home but the loan was taken by my brother in law and they both will pay that amount equally. My husband don't want to take loan or mention his name in loan because he will be able to take home loan after few years from his bank for less interest rate and he don't want to loose that opportunity. So I want to know is I am eligible to register my name with my brother in law on that property.

Probably, you have not been able to describe your problem. On one hand if decided that means the purchase of home is presently a proposal, but on the other hand you have stated, loan WAS taken by your brother in law. So, please clarify, how the loan could be taken without mortgage of property, when yet to be purchased?
