Hello to the esteemed panel of experts, I am dentist by profession n have set up a clinic (place on lease) just outside the clinic on the footpath a guy presses clothes has made a small shelter it is just outside of compound wall which has become a nuisance........ despite requesting is not ready to shift from the place.......from one side visibility of the clinic is getting affected..... kindly suggest a solution

" Kindly Suggest a solution " Your self had mentioned. But why dont you be Kind with him. He would obviously help you by taking care of your Clinic in your absence and requesting the Patients to wait etc. Consider this with kindness and humanity please.

Recently in Chennai Annanagar a Lady Doctor was having a Clinic out side her Compound and a criminal came to her as patient and snatched away her gold chain and a shop keeper out side the clinic like person mentioned by you caught hold of that thief in spite of being stabbed by the thief. and got back the stolen jewel please.

You can lodge complaint with O/o Authority that has control upon footpath and area…
You can ask the person to adjust the shelter…to your convenience..The person may be of some use and assistance to you. It is your call.
You can move against the person and authority if both do not follow applicable rules…
IT is your discretion and choice..

At times some person may prefer to keep someone near the property to have a watch.

If you are not interested and are unable to resolve on your own Lean on your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…as the person may create some more nuisance..

Instead of asking the "press-wala" to remove his illegal structure you may consider to take some other premises on lease for your clinic where you can work undisturbed and peacefully.

Hello, by no means he is going to take care of the clinic in my absence as whenever I am about to park my vehicle some or the other vehicleis parked n myself have find the owner of the vehicle request him n the istrivala is just a mere spectator (morning 7am to 9pm.....are his working hours) ...... earlier really stood my ground with loads of patience on humanitarian grounds n it keeps on repeating repeatedly.....
