HELLO
my sister filled dowry case against her husband & they got arrested now if they come for out of court settlement with lum-sum amount of money then what will be the procedure?
what is the procedure of DV?
plz suggest

File a petition for divorce on mutual consent and get the settlement recorded before the court.

After settlement, withdraw the DV and dowry case.
