My sister's second husband is claiming portion of land inherited and belonging to my grandfather. My sister is survived by two kids from the first husband. Does her second husband have any right on our inherited property?

The property document/paper/material need to be verified.However your sister 2nd husband have no right over the property during her life time.

To the extent of your sister's share in your grand father's p[property yous sister'S husband can claim. Bt after her demise he will be entitled to that share UNLESS YOUR SISTER TRANSFER'S THAT PROPERTY SHARE BY WAY OF GIFT, SALE EXT IN FAVOR OF HER HUSBAND DURING HER LIFE TIME.
