Appeal to the Joint Charity Commissioner s order

(Querist) 07 February 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hello, I have a query that Can a Joint Charity Commissioner revise his own order or how should we seek to appeal?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 08 February 2018
Hello,
You did not disclose facts of the case and impugned order.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 08 February 2018
The question of revising his own order simply does not arise, unless it is a question of correcting any error apparent on the face of the record.
VIKAS WAGHMARE (Querist) 21 July 2018
Thanks Dr.Vashista, The Case is that The Joint Charity Commissioner of PUNE has passed a set aside order against the Trust, almost ex-partee, i.e. because of the ignorance of the opponent; that the case was on the board and failed to attend the hearings times and often with some of the pending issues. Whereas, the opponents are valid Trust functioning since 1950; and the applicants are the terminated individuals from the organization.
