Wrt to.previous querries,my wife had.send a reply to.my legal notice sent on 7 oct 2017.she left matrimonial home along with infant baby with her father to attend family function on 13 sept.2017.after that I send RCR summon when.she refused to come back.but summon.was.returned.back endorsing no one live at the given.address.I send summon.again.to the working address and previous address of my wife.after that I got legal notice from my wife from the same.address from.where summon.was.returned.whose wording are as follows.

Wrt.to.above statement I.want to.disclose.some.facts
my wife was.employed.at bank.before my marriage.
I forced.her to.travell.because distance was.50'km.only and.she.used.to.travel.via bus.my mother used.to.cook.food.and.I.used.to.do remaining work.of house.
She.conceived in june 2016 and.had.applied.for.transfer in.may 2016
In august 2016'she.was.transferred to my place just 3km..
She.left home.due to.her.own.vested.interest as.she.was.more interested in looking after her.father.
While.leaving she.took.all.her.certificates and.stridhan
So content of legal.notice contradict her or not and.how.to.use this legal notice during RCR

given facts indicate that :-
(i) you are fast and determined to spoil your life.
(ii) right now there seems to be no major problem and you seem to be in a hurry to make it a problem
RCR notice is a time tested tool to compel wife to raise true/false complaint of dowry/domestic violence against husband with family including married/unmarried brother/sisters wit/without their spouse. This way husband leaves her with no choice but to spoil his family even if she does not want to do so.
Thus forum is full of such cases where husband with parents/siblings faced such criminal charges.
After visiting jails people realise that the situation inside Indian Jails is not as rosy as shown in movies and the cops are also comedians in movies which is not in actual life.
YOU ARE YET TO ACHIEVE THIS.

Respected sudhir sir,I Belongs to plain area. We are located at Corbett city ramnagar and my wife Used to travel from ramnagar to Haldwani i.e. Simply a plane area. I admit all statement of legal notice except allegation of misbehaviour. No maid culture at our home.Mu wife left just for family function. After that my FIL did not told me where she is because she has home in 3 different states and they threatened me of police. Soon I came to know my wife has taken transfer to parental place just 150 km away. so what about the reconciliation effort of my wife??i do not wanted to attend family function that's why I send my wife other than that there are lot of things. If I did not attend family function i.e. Does not mean my wife will leave my family and will take transfer. My salary is 2.5 lakh and my mother is getting pension 15 thousand. I had clearly told my wife to take leave if she can't do travelling and has conceived but she denied. So she was earning before marriage not for us.it is written any where that pregnant lady who is working should not travel??? If you can't travel then you take leave it is as simple as that. Sir can you define the torture please ??? If wife says she has been tortured does it mean she has been tortured????if my mom is cooking food this shows supportive nature of my mother. If we did not had a maid is this a crime against my wife??? She is just doing job nothing else.
