Wan to stop illegal abortions of girl childs

Hello

One of my female family members did illegal abortion. She was pressurized to do. The reason for abortion was it was baby girl.
The person who did this abortion is having many patients coming to his place for illegal abotions and he is in operations from minimum 2 years
How can I stop him doing that and my family should not know this?
Can someone give me right direction
