Name Mismatch

My name in all educational certificates are given as " SUNDARARAJAN G".

In my PAN card it is shown as ; "SUNDARA GURU RAJAN"

FIRST NAME : SUNDARA
MIDDLE NAME : GURU
LAST NAME : RAJAN

will it cause any problem in name mismatch?

GURU is not your middle name.

Your name is incorrectly given/printed in PAN card.

Please apply for correction of name in PAN card.

You have to apply for the fresh PAN card. To rectify the mistake in the pan card same procedure will have to be followed.

Incorrect name in the PAN card matters a lot in future. Better get it corrected by furnishing an affidavit of declaration before the Income Tax authorities and get it corrected.

File necessary for issue of PAN Card reuesting for change or amendmenin the orginal PAN Card while attaching alonwith the ncessary documents for making such changes.
